Mrs. Lillian Grace Ewaka, 75, of Concord, passed away unexpectedly on December 6, 2017. Prior to her passing, Lillian was a faithful member at The Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in Chester. Lillian was a Sunday School teacher and helped in the Children's Ministry. Family and friends cherished her meek and quiet spirit, sweet personality and humble heart. Her love for the Lord was evident in the life she lived and finished well.
Lillian was born in Delaware County to the late Paul and Edna Baer.
SURVIVORS: Left to cherish her memory is her husband of many years: Mr. David Joel Ewaka, 1 Son: Matthew Ewaka (April), Brother-in-law: Philip Ewaka, Sister-in-law: Doris Ewaka, Nephews: Steve Ewaka (April), Craig Ewaka (Cindy), Nieces: Susan Sitkowski (Lee), Sharon Curbison (Dan) and Jen Holmes (Jim) Long-time family friend: Judy McMaster Plus numerous nieces and nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews. Her only sibling, Mrs. Edna Mae (Baer) Ewaka passed from this life by Lillian's side.
Visitation: Saturday 9-10:45am at Chichester Baptist Church, 800 Cherry Tree Rd., Aston, PA. Funeral Service: Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at Chichester Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. Joel Winters. Burial: Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood. In Lieu of Flowers: Donations for unexpected expenses can be made out to Philip Ewaka and sent to The Christian Academy In Care Of Philip Ewaka at 4301 Chandler Dr., Brookhaven, PA 19015.
