Loretta A. Burke, age 77, of Garnet Valley, PA, passed away on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, at Riddle Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, Loretta was a proud graduate of Saint Hubert Catholic High School. She retired after a fulfilling career as an office manager at ACME. Beyond her professional life, Loretta found true joy in the company of her family, especially her beloved children and grandchildren. She cherished summer vacations in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, creating precious memories with family and friends. Loretta was a loyal friend, maintaining connections from every phase of her life. She had a passion for card games, reading, dancing, dining out, and was always eager to explore new destinations as an avid traveler. Throughout life's ups and downs, Loretta faced challenges with resilience and grace. Her positive attitude was a beacon of light to those around her. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Anne M. (Miller) Mock, her siblings George Powell and Shirley Whitlock, as well as her husband, Raymond Burke, and daughter, Meredith Burke. She is lovingly remembered by her two children: Matthew (Lynn) Burke and Adam (Krista) Burke; and her four grandchildren: Maddox, Ryder, Jenna, and Drew. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 15, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Avenue, Aston, Pennsylvania, 19014.
