Marion Furniss, age 93, a longtime resident of Crum Lynne, PA, passed away on October 18, 2023. She was born and raised in Chester, PA, and worked at Crozer Hospital briefly before taking on the roles of Mother and Homemaker. In her free time, Marion loved to sew, garden, cook, and bake. She also enjoyed spending time with her family at Sunday dinners and holiday gatherings, and summer trips to their home at Crystal Beach. Marion was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and her favorite player, Michael Jack Schmidt. Marion is the daughter of the late Louise and William Crowley, wife of 66 years to the late Frederick L. Furniss, and the sister of the late Thomas, William, Clarence, and Ann. Survivors: Children: Connie Stanowski of West Grove, PA, Donna Williams of Ridley Park, PA, and Linda Zeller of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, and her sister, Helen Gorman of Bonneau, South Carolina. Visitation: Tuesday, October 24, 2023, 11:00am-12:30pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA 19014.
