Mary E. Thomas, age 79, passed away on June 24, 2022, in Media, PA. Mary was born in Ridley Park, PA, and was raised in Ridley Township. She was a graduate of Ridley Township High School, class of 1961. Mary earned an academic scholarship to pursue further education at Penn State and she eventually went on to Temple where she graduated Cum Laude while earning her Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Prior to her retirement, Mary worked many years as a Paralegal. Mary was an avid reader, averaging three to five books per week. She was also very knowledgeable about movies, mastering every bit of trivia possible, and never missing the Academy Awards!

She was the daughter of the late Michael J. Gizzi and Josephine T. Morabito.

Survivors: Siblings: Gloria Miccarelli, Eleanor Bianchi, and Michael Gizzi (Fiancée Deborah Haegele). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Visitation: Friday, July 1, 2022, 10:00am-11:15am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA 19014. Funeral Service: Friday, July 1, 2022, at 11:30am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home.
