Maureen Patrice Becker (nee McGarry), age 62, passed away on July 17, 2024, in Media, PA. Maureen was born in Darby, PA, raised in Drexel Hill, PA, and was a 1972 graduate of Merion Mercy Academy, in Merion, PA. She held various jobs within the home furnishing industry but was a longtime employee of Drexel Hill Furniture, a business owned and operated by her family. Maureen spent many summers in Ocean City, NJ, enjoying the beach, fishing, snorkeling, and time with family and friends. In her travels she also visited her sister in Naples, FL, and spent time in Key Largo, FL. Maureen was an avid cat lover, reader, and fan of the TV series The Waltons. Maureen was the daughter of the late Cornelius and Margaret McGarry, and sister of the late Neil McGarry, Edith Cunnane, Charlie McGarry, and Johnny McGarry. Survivors: Her Beloved Husband: Michael Steven Becker. Step-Children: Kelly Ann Becker and Jason Michael Becker. Grandchildren: Bentley and Skylar. Sister-in-law: Judy McGarry and Mel McIlvaine. Brother-in-law: Jim Cunnane, Sr. and Benny Becker. She is also survived by her niece, Cori, and many more loving nieces and nephews, along with her 2 Cat Babies, Tiger and Lilly.
