Michael Fenza, 63, of Thornton, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 19, 2026, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, Michael was a lifelong resident of Thornton and a graduate of West Chester East High School.

He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management from Cabrini College and a Master of Business Administration from Widener University. Michael went on to build a successful career in property management.

Michael had a passion for cooking and took great joy in hosting family dinners. He was happiest spending summer weekends and vacations in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, where he could often be found relaxing on the beach or riding wave runners with friends. Family was central to Michael's life, and he especially cherished the time he spent caring for his mother. He made sure that those closest to him always knew how deeply they were loved.

There are also friends who become family - and Michael shared a large network of cherished extended connections for over 45 years, especially with his Cabrini family, and with those who shared his travels and weekends at the shore. His companionship and presence will be deeply missed by so many who loved him, laughed with him, and created countless memories by his side.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Anthony P. Fenza, in 2020. He is survived by his beloved mother, Marie Fenza; his siblings, Peter (Coleen) and Gina (Dan); and his much-loved nieces and nephews, Nicolas, Jordan, Ellie, and Peyton.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342, followed by a Funeral Mass. Interment will be private.
