Nancy Bitting, age 77, a resident of Brookhaven, PA, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was a graduate of Collingdale High School, and was employed by General Electric, Drexel Hill Pediatrics, as well as Riddle Memorial and Crozer Hospital where she worked as a phlebotomist, prior to her retirement. She was a member of St. Joseph Church in Collingdale, PA. Nancy was very fond of music, dancing, painting, and sculpting. Nancy enjoyed spending her vacations at the beach in Ocean City, NJ. Most of all, Nancy loved to spend time with her family. She took immense pride in her roles as a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. Nancy's love and affection for her family will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. She is the daughter of the late Theodore Ronald Flowers and Ruth Main. Survivors: Her Beloved Husband of 54 Years: James Joseph Bitting. Children: Jeannene Marie (Darren) Breslin, Melissa Ann (Kevin) Bilash, James Joseph Bitting, Jr. (Catherine), and Christine Patricia (Dave) Camp. Grandchildren: Sebastian and Harper, Dominic, Nora, Michael, and Cecilia, Alexis and Jameson, and Tiffany Anne, Nicholas Alexander, and Sabrina Marie. Great Grandchildren: Audrey, Oliver, and Vincent. Sisters: Barb Zimath and Linda Donahue.
