Nikolaus Manko, age 71, passed away on January 2, 2018 at Riddle Memorial Hospital.  Nikolaus was a graduate of St. Francis De Sales Grade School, attended St. James High School for 1 year and graduated from Sun Valley High School in 1964.

He served in the Army from 1966-1975, and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was also a member of the American Legion in Aston, Post 926.

Nikolaus was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Aston, PA for many years. He was very involved in the Community, serving as Chester Township Tax Auditor for 16 years, and was the long time President of the Sun Baseball Little League Organization. He loved working with computers, and on his lawn and garden. He was devoted to his family

He was a retired computer tech specialist of Tremont Medical in Aston Pa.

He was the son of the late Nicholas Manko.

SURVIVORS: h is wife: Sharon (Yurkasitis) Manko; his children: Kevin (Colleen) Manko, Kimberly Manko-Belgrave (Baron); his grandson: Evan; his mother: Rosemarie Manko; his siblings: Christiane Manko- Morgan (Michael), Stephanie Dunion (Thomas), Eva Manko, Monika Rehoric (Zelko), Rosemary Waters, and Gregory Manko. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
