Patricia A. Kerner, age 69, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2026, in Media, PA.

Pat was born and raised in Ridley Township, Pennsylvania. She was a proud 1974 graduate of Ridley High School. She continued her education at Neumann University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. Pat went on to earn a Master's Degree in Education from Trident University, also graduating summa cum laude.

Pat's career included time with the Franklin Mint and Delaware County Christian School before she began teaching at Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County Community Colleges. Her dedication to education and her students was one of the defining passions of her life.

Outside of her professional life, Pat was a member of Jesus & Co. Drama Ministry and accompanied the group on a mission trip to Ukraine in 1996. Disney World and Christmas held an extra special place in her heart. She was also a devoted supporter of Aston youth sports and a beloved part of the Explosion AAU Basketball program.

Pat is survived by her brother, William Kerner (Susan); sister-in-law, Michele Kerner; nieces, Lia Farra (Rich) and Becky McBride (Michael); her nephew, Joshua Kerner; and great-nieces and nephews, Sebastian, Ella, Luke, Benjamin, and Juliana. She is also lovingly remembered by Steffany and James (Tripp) Pierce.

Pat's kindness, faith, and generosity touched all who knew her, and her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and countless students.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a memorial service on Tuesday, March 3rd at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home.
