Patricia "Pat" (Stevens) McBride, age 78, died September 9, 2015. Pat was a longtime resident of Colwyn and most recently resided in Holmes, Ridley Twp. She graduated from West Catholic Girls' High School.

Pat worked as secretary to the editor for the Philadelphia Bulletin and was a writer/editor at the Jewish Exponent. She enjoyed writing and published two books, including "Two Hearts."

She was the daughter of the late John and Ann Stevens and wife of the late James C. McBride, Sr.

SURVIVORS: her loving children: Pat Pavlak (Jeff), Jim McBride (John Williams), Karen McArdle (Fran), Lori Killian (Ed), John McBride (Bev) and Dan McBride; her siblings: John Stevens and Joanne Rodgers; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

VISITATION: Tuesday from 10-11:00am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA.

BURIAL: Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken.
