Patricia M. Sage, age 72, passed away on May 7, 2022, at her home in Woodlyn, PA. Pat was raised as a Catholic and was a graduate of Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School. In her free time, Pat enjoyed listening to music, watching old movies, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and spending her summers in Wildwood. Pat cared deeply for all animals, and would help any that crossed her path. Most of all, Pat loved her family, particularly her son and grandchildren.

Pat was the daughter of the late Paul and Kathleen Hackett, and wife of the late Jacob Sage.

Survivors: Son: Michael Carter. Siblings: Kathy Kijak (Joe) and Paul Hackett (Patti). Grandchildren: Krystle Schestok (Robert), Brianna Carter (Anthony Schreiber), and Justin Carter (Stephanie Chattin), 4 great grandchildren and was loved by many nieces and nephews .
