Patrick Charles McCaffrey, Jr., age 76, a resident of Upper Chichester, PA, passed away on April 11, 2021. Patrick was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and was a graduate of St. Thomas Moore High School. He worked for many years as a house painter with John T. McGovern Painting and Richard Waddle. Patrick was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and never missed watching or attending a game. He also enjoyed going on family vacations to the beach, coaching his kid's sports, watching his grandkids sporting events, and watching movies. Patrick also loved spending time with his wife, traveling and having Saturday night dinners out with her and her sister and brother-in-law. Patrick's big Irish family was very important to him and he always loved spending time with them. He was also a member of St. John Fisher Church.

He was the son of the late Patrick Charles, Sr. and Regina McCaffrey, and brother of the late Jerry, Jimmy, Eddie, and Jeanie.

Survivors: His beloved wife: Josie (O'Donnell) McCaffrey. Children: Colleen McCaffrey of Upper Chichester, Diane McCaffrey McKenna of Aston, and Patrick Charles McCaffrey, III of Downingtown. Grandchildren: Ryan and Caitlin McKenna, Patrick, Tristan and Anna McCaffrey. Siblings: Charles and Nancy.

Visitation: Monday, April 19, 2021 from 10-10:45 am at St. John Fisher Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PA.

Funeral Mass:  Monday, April 19, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. John Fisher Church.
