Ralph D. "Dick" Jester Jr., age 73, died July 5, 2016 at Riddle Memorial Hospital in Media. Ralph was a longtime resident of Brookhaven and Aston. Dick was the owner and operator of Dick's Service Center in Ridley Park for over 40 years. He was an avid hunter and boater and enjoyed spending time at his summer home on the Chesapeake Bay. He loved spending time with his family, boating, taking his grandkids tubing and hunting. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge 236, Chester.

He was the son of the late Ralph D. Jester Sr. and Dorothy O. (Anderson) Hudak.

SURVIVORS: His loving wife of 26 years Janet (Langford) Jester, Son David Jester (Phyllis), Daughter Laura Jester, Step Daughter Marion Van Horn (Mike). Brother Curtis Jester (Kathy), Grandchildren: Amanda, Timothy, Jacqueline (Brian II), David Jr., Madison and Summer, Great Grandson: Brian Leach III.

VISITATION: Monday from 9:30-10:45am at Mount Hope United Methodist Church, 4020 Concord Road, Aston Masonic Service Monday at 10:45am at the church. Funeral Service: Monday at 11:00 am at Mount Hope United Methodist Church, 4020 Concord Road, Aston BURIAL: Mount Hope Cemetery, Aston.
