Raymond A. Day, a lifelong resident of Chester, age 85, passed away on September 28, 2016. He was a graduate of the Overbrook School for the Blind and was retired from the South Co. as a riveter after 40 years. Raymond married his wife Ann at Holy Ghost Church in Chester and he enjoyed listening to television.

He was the son of the late Cosmos and Edna (Hudson) Day, husband of the late Ann Day who died in 2015, and brother of the late Charlotte Conway.

SURVIVORS: brother-in-law: Horace J. Conway; a niece: Charmaine Owens; a nephew: Brian J. Conway; and caregivers: Helen Davis and Sara Grace.
