1949 - 2019

Ren. The man. The myth. The legend. Loved by many. Forever the self-proclaimed fashion trend-setter. Men wanted to be him and women wanted to be with him. Ren passed away April 4, 2019 at home with his family. "I'm sick a' gettin da high hat!!!", Ren was heard shouting to the doctors while he was wheeled out of HUP in a hospital gown and Phillies cap. Ren was a lover of movies, music, Philly sports, motorcycles, classic cars, and stoking the fire of political enthusiasts on Facebook ... his signature laugh echoing the internet hallways after each comment. A loving father and grandfather, he greatly enjoyed spending time with his family. He was always in attendance for all his grandkids events, from soccer, to chorus, to birthday parties that his fun made last to 3am. He will be sorely missed by his loved ones - as well as anyone who ever got to share in a beer and a conversation.

We're skipping a viewing but don't worry he's looking sharp! Burial will be private but feel free to visit in the future - Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield. A kick-ass, music-listening, conversation-having, memory-sharing, Celebration of Life is planned for a future date.
