Obituary

Richard "Dick" "Bubba" Hughey, age 74, died February 10, 2015 at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland. Richard was a resident of Aston Twp. for 41 years. He was born in Montgomery County to the late George W. Hughey, Sr. & the late Virginia (Sacca) Hughey. Dick was an active member of the Delaware County Field & Stream Association and was a life time member of the NRA. He was also affiliated with the Civil War Institute of Gettysburg for more than 10 years. He was an avid reader, history buff, loved doing crossword puzzles and spending time with family and friends. Dick was a US Air Force Veteran and belonged to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Aston. He retired as a Regional Sales Manager for PPG Industries after 34 years of service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, George W. Hughey, Jr.

SURVIVORS:

His wife of 47 years: Connie (Iannucci) Hughey; Son: David R. Hughey (Patty); Sister: Eileen Cieslak (Hank); Step granddaughter: Briana. Also loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

VISITATION: Tuesday from 10:00 - 11:45 AM at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston, PA.

MEMORIAL SEVICE: Tuesday at 12:00 pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., Aston

BURIAL: Private
