Robert B. Filson, Jr., 63, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at his home in Glen Mills, PA. Bob was born in Chester, PA, raised in the Ridley/Folsom area of Delaware County, PA, and graduated from Ridley High School, class of 1973. Bob retired from the PECO Energy Company after 35 years of employment. Bob was an avid classic car enthusiast, and spent many hours fixing, repairing, and restoring classic cars. The smile on his face was contagious and he was always the life of the party. He will be greatly missed.

Bob was the son of the late Virginia Filson (nee Pierson).

SURVIVORS: His loving wife: Sharon Filson (nee Haley); sons: Daniel, Thomas, and Kenneth Filson; father: Robert Filson; brother: Pete (Vicky) Filson; and many nieces and nephews.

VISITATION: Thursday, May 17, 2018, from 2:00-3:45 pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Avenue Aston, PA 19014. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 4:00 pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home. BURIAL: Private.
