Robert F. "Bob" Glover, age 83, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2023. Born in Ridley Township and a graduate of Ridley High School, Bob was a lifelong Delaware County resident. He resided in Ridley Twp., Chester, Upland, Linwood and for the past 15 years Bob lived in Millsboro, Delaware. Bob worked for Carbenator Rental for more than 50 years as a refrigeration technician. He was a member of of the AmVets Post 1 in Millsboro, He was a member St. Roberts Catholic Church (now St. Katharine Drexel), Chester where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Bob served in the US Air Force. Bob also loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He will be missed by all but never forgotten. Bob was predeceased by his parents the late Robert Patrick and Florence Devonshire Glover, his first wife Marian J. Smith Glover (1997) and his second wife Rose McIntire Glover (2021). SURVIVORS: His children Richard "Rick" Glover (Deborah), Debra Jones (Michael), and Sharon Miller, his grandchildren Christopher, Tiffany, Samantha, Matthew, Desiree, and Anastasia. Great grandchildren Makii and Illeana and his brother Richard C. Glover. VISITATION: Thursday afternoon July 13, 2023 from 1pm-2:pm at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave. Aston.
