Robert J. Meehan, age 89, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2022, at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Bob was born, educated, and has lived his entire life in the Lenni Section of Aston, Twp. He worked for more than 53 years at Baldt Anchor Inc. in Chester, manufacturing Chains and Anchors. Bob was an avid fisherman, he loved playing cards and Texas holdem, bowling, going to the casinos, his trips to Lancaster County with his wife Josephine, and vacations to Rehoboth Beach with his family. Bob loved the time spent with his family, the holidays, birthday parties, and Sunday dinners are what Bob enjoyed most.

Bob was the son of the late John F. and Regina Bruton Meehan, husband of the late Josephine Sacco Meehan who died in 2021, and brother of the late John, Edward, Norman and William Meehan, Ann Walters, Dorothy Smith Regina Phipps, and Ruth Twiss.

SURVIVORS: His children, Diane Murphy (George), Robert Meehan (Benita), and Carol Christie (Jim), his Grandchildren: Lisa, Cyndi, Kelly, Bob, and James; Great Grandchildren: Nina, Brian, Haley, Max, and Addy; Great Great Granddaughters Julie and Aubree

Visitation: Tuesday March 22, 2022, from 9:00-10:15am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave. Aston. Funeral Mass: Tuesday March 22, 2022, at 11:00am at St. Francis De Sales Church, 35 New Road, Aston, PA 19014. Burial: Mount Hope Cemetery, Aston.
