Robert E. Wilkinson, 96 years old, of Glen Mills, PA, crossed over on Sunday April 15, 2018. Bob was born in Lewes, DE, raised in Essington, PA, and graduated from Eddystone High School. Bob worked as a foreman at Westinghouse Corporation for over 30 years. He was a devoted father and family man who enjoyed sailing, woodworking, carpentry, and fishing. He drove a school bus for many years, and was a 3-time State Champion swimmer. Bob served his country in World War II, and is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard (Jan. 22, 1942 - Oct. 7, 1944) and U.S. Navy (Dec. 8, 1944 - June 10, 1946).

He was the only child of the late Robert N. and Matilda M. (nee Lynch) Wilkinson.

SURVIVORS: His wife: Edith M. Wilkinson (nee Moore); children: Robert H. Wilkinson, and David W. (Cathleen) Wilkinson; grandchildren: Robert Walter Wilkinson, Kelly Lynn (Chris) Kubeck, Andrew Maxwell Wilkinson, and Bethany Rose Wilkinson: 4 great grandchildren: Lorelei Kubeck, Halie Kubeck, Alyssa Rose Wilkinson, and Christopher Wilkinson.
