Robineta "Granny" Hoopes, age 78, passed away on August 10, 2017.

Robineta "Granny" Hoopes was born at Wichita General Hospital, on September 19, 1938 to Robert Henry Coons and Wanda Loree Touchstone. She lived in Texas for 20 years before moving on. She ultimately ended up in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where she lived her remaining years enjoying the riches life had to offer.

Family was the most important thing in her life. She is survived by her four children, Michael Ray, Michelle Renee, Monica Rae, April Rose, 11 Grandchildren, 12 ½ Great grandchildren. Three Brothers and one sister.

Her favorite family tradition was the annual Alexander family reunion at the Circle S Ranch in Texas. She would make amazing one of a kind crafts for this event to keep the history of her family alive. This event kept her close to her family especially her siblings Troy, Virgil, Doug and her baby sister (she waited 14 years for) Debbie.

She thoroughly  enjoyed the costume parties she and her husband John "Papa" Jack, would have every summer  after they married in 1980.

VISITATION: Tuesday from 9:45 - 10:45 am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston. FUNERAL SERVICE: Tuesday at 11:00 am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home. BURIAL: Private. In Lieu of Flowers: Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
