Rosalba (Carlini) Bowders, age 71, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2022.  Rose was born in Italy before moving to Canada and then resided in Minneapolis, Philadelphia, East Lansdowne, and Ridley Park before settling in Upper Chichester, PA.  She graduated from West Catholic Girls High School in Philadelphia, PA.  Rose made her career as an Administrative Assistant at several law firms in Media, PA and then was employed for more than 23 years at Nether Providence Township Police Department before retiring.

Rose was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Boothwyn, PA. She loved the Philadelphia Phillies, bowling, ceramics, crocheting, reading, going to the movies, and hiking. Above all else, Rose was a devoted wife, and mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren.

Rose was the daughter of the late Nicola and Josephine (Toppetta) Carlini and was predeceased by her infant sister.

Survivors: her loving husband: Dale E. Bowders, her beloved children: Jennifer Karsch (Stephen) and Gregory Bowders, her cherished grandchildren: Madeline and Andrew Karsch, and Savannah and Gabriella Bowders and her brothers: Joseph Carlini and Flavio Carlini.

Visitation:  Monday, January 24, 2022, from 9:00-10:15am at St. John Fisher Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PA. Funeral Mass: Monday, January 24, 2022, at 10:30 am at St. John Fisher Church.
