Rosemarie (April) Iacono, age 86 , passed away peacefully on June 8, 2016. She was born and educated in Chester. Rosemarie owned and operated, with her husband Anthony, Antonio's Restaurant and was the former owner of Vesuvio's Restaurant in Chester from 1954 to 1971. She supervised the kitchen and did most of the cooking at the both restaurants. Rosemarie was a parishioner of St. Cornelius Catholic Church in Chadds Ford.

She was the daughter of the late Frank and Nancy (Vanore) April, husband of the late Anthony Iacono, Sr., and sister of the late Ralph April, Lawrence April, and Josephine Fida.
