Shirley Bryan West, age 88, passed away on October 18, 2023. She was raised in Ridley Park, PA. and was a graduate of Ridley Park High school, class of 1953. She has resided in Brookhaven, PA for 63 years. Shirley was a devout Catholic and longtime member of, Our Lady of Charity Church in Brookhaven. She worked for DuPont for many years until her retirement. Shirley enjoyed aquatic exercise with her sister, Joan and working on puzzles. But most of all, Shirley loved the time spent in daily devotions at church. She was daughter of the late Lyall and Veronica Bryan. Shirley was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Burbage and brother, Lyall Bryan, sister-in-law, Barbara Bryan and brother-in-law, Don McNeal. Survivors: children, Gary West, Bryan West, Barbara Rumbold, Veronica Crist (Larry), Tricia Friel (Keith), David West (Karen); grandchildren, Sean West, Courtney Rivas, Erika Rumbold, Evan Friel, Alisha Friel, Stephanie Pryce, Katie Crist, Allie Crist, Luke Crist, Maya West, Laila West, Bria West, Davin West; great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Friel, Rhett Friel, Greysen Rivas, Desmond Rivas, Sebastian Rivas, Emerson Rivas, Kameron Pryce, Juliana Pryce, and Christopher Pryce; siblings, Joan McNeal and William Bryan.
