Steven "Steve" C. King (70) of Boothwyn, PA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on July 4th. Born May 22, 1953, to Dudley and Dorothy (Hess) in Springfield, PA where he lived until relocating to Boothwyn. Steven retired from AT&T as a material handler. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially the Eagles. He loved spending his time as a softball sideline coach for his granddaughter. He also enjoyed fishing in Key West. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen (Brown) who passed in 2006. He is survived by his 3 children, Timothy, Stephanie, and Ian; granddaughter, Gianalyn Devakow; siblings, Deborah McDowell (Ted), Jim (Sharon), Don, Gary (Judi), Ken (Vicki), Bob and Sandra Sexton. Along with many nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 12 from 6-8pm and Thursday, July 13 from 10-11am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral home, 5980 Chichester Avenue, Aston 19014. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lawn Croft Cemetery following the service.
