Susan Priscilla Buck (nee Brown), age 85, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away on May 29, 2020. Born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, Sue grew up in Beaver, PA. Sue was a graduate of Penn State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. She had been a resident of Kutz Senior Living in Wilmington, Delaware. Before moving to Wilmington, she had lived in Manhattan, NYC, for 62 years. She had been a copywriter for the firm, Ogilvy and Mather for 32 years, collaborating on product design and many advertising accounts. Sue took pleasure in attending the orchestra, opera, ballet, and theatre, along with being a known movie buff.  She enjoyed classical music and jazz, loved to read and had an extensive collection of books. She was a creative writer and enjoyed writing poetry. Over the years, Sue enjoyed the company of three much cherished cats, to whom gave her great delight.

Sue was the daughter of the late Edward T. Brown and Martha M. (nee Walters) Brown. She was the loving and devoted wife to Ralph D. Buck who predeceased her in 2006, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Sue and Ralph enjoyed traveling in the U.S., as well as to various destinations around the world. They shared much happiness while sailing aboard the "Canty" in various races, in and around the waters of Penobscot Bay, in Maine. Sue was devoted to her brother, Edward C. Brown ("Ted"), who predeceased her in 2011, whom she remained close to her entire life.

Sue enjoyed spending time with her family. Sharing many happy holidays and visits together. She especially cherished her friendships with her devoted and caring friends from New York City, along with a beloved caregiver, whom she considered part of her family.

Sue is survived by her loving nephews and niece:  Edward C. Brown, Jr., Frank J. Brown, and Colleen A. Sherwin (nee Brown) as well as many great nieces and nephews.
