Susan Marie Hurst, age 51, beloved daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter and friend, departed this life peacefully on January 8, 2025, after a long illness, at her home in Linwood, PA, surrounded by her loving family. Susan was a lifelong resident of Delaware County and a proud graduate of Chichester High School in Upper Chichester class of 1991. Above all, Susan was a devoted and nurturing mother, who cherished the time she spent with her children. Her love and compassion knew no bounds, and the warmth of her spirit touched all who had the privilege of knowing her. Susan is survived by her loving mother, Lois Whiteley Hurst; her cherished children, Anthony Hurst (Amanda), Savannah McGuire, Lawrence McGuire, and Anthony Hurst; her beloved grandchildren, Autumn and Addison; her siblings, Michelle Talley and Robert Hurst, 3 nephews and 1 niece; as well as countless friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her father, the late William Hurst, who passed away in 2023.
