Terry Nestelroad, age 70, passed away on April 15, 2026, at his home with his family by his side. Terry was born and raised in Wichita, KS, graduating from trade school and then moving to the Philadelphia area at the age of 18. He started out his career as an airplane mechanic for Hawker Beechcraft in Wichita, continuing as a bike mechanic at Liberty Bell Cycles in Philadelphia, until their closure, he then went on to work at Guy's Bicycles where he remained until his retirement. Terry enjoyed working with his hands, whether that was carpentry, home renovations, or every day handyman jobs, he had a reputation for being able to fix anything. He spent time outdoors as well, riding his bike and gardening, in addition to being an avid Eagles, Phillies, and 76ers fan. His vacations typically involved a road trip to destinations like Colorado, Arizona, New Orleans, and the occasional return to Kansas.

Terry was the son of the late Ora Nestelroad.

Survivors: His Beloved Wife of 31 years: Gerry Nestelroad. Children: Erica Piazza (Andrew), Melanie McComb (Michael), and Jamie Frattarola (Lorraine). His Mother: Norma Nestelroad. Siblings: Dennis Nestelroad (Nga) and Janet Graebner (Kim). Grandchildren: Paige (Steven), Joey, Emilie, Dylan, Amanda, and Andy. Great Grandchildren: Steven and Parker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
