IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Thomas E.
(Finn) Finnegan
November 18, 1960 – October 11, 2019
Thomas E. (Finn) Finnegan, age 58, a resident of Upland, PA died peacefully on October 11, 2019 with his loving family by his side. Finn was raised and educated in Philadelphia where he graduated from West Catholic Boy's High School in 1978. He was employed by Penn DOT in Media, PA. and a parishioner of Our Lady of Charity Church in Brookhaven. Finn served in the United States Navy and was a Ceremonial Honor Guard during President Carter's Administration. Tom was active with the C.Y.O. sports and coaching for Brookhaven softball, T-ball, baseball and basketball leagues. An avid Philadelphia sports fan, Finn loved the Eagles (he bled green!!!) and the Flyers. He was also a Penn State Football fan (We Are)!! The most important thing in Finn's life was spending time with his family. Finn was truly a 2nd dad to many. He was known for telling "tall tales of his fishing adventures", his sense of humor and being a jokester, his love of the outdoors which included: being a self proclaimed bass fishing pro, the mountains and the beach.
He was the son of the late Joseph A. and Shirley (Prosser) Finnegan and brother of the late Joseph Andrew Finnegan, Jr.
