Walter P. Richardson, age 84, passed away on June 13, 2022. He was born and raised in Upper Darby, PA and lived in Thornton and Kennett Square before eventually moving to Hockessin, DE. Along with his wife, Marie, Walt owned and operated Rich Coffee Service for over 35 years. In his free time Walt liked working out, lifting weights, and traveling. He and Marie also bred several thoroughbred horses for the track. He was the son of the late Frankie and Joan (Graham) Richardson, husband to the late E. Marie (Even) Richardson and brother to the late Frank Richardson. Walt is survived by his loving children, Rosemarie Richardson and Todd Richardson, and his grandchildren Padraic Richardson and Grace Richardson Funeral Services will be private at the request of the family.
