William James "Billy" Murtaugh, age 51, a longtime resident of Delaware County passed away December 9, 2015. Billy was born, raised and educated in Chester where he graduated from St. James High School. He was an avid reader and loved all Philly sports.

He was the son of the late Ethel (Thomas) McLaughlin and William J. Murtaugh.

SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: William and Stephen Murtaugh; Sisters: Lauren and Lisa Murtaugh; and brothers: David and Daniel McLaughlin.

VISITATION: Thursday from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston, PA. Funeral Service: Thursday at 11:00 am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home.
