Zachary David Reczek, age 34, passed away at his home on February 20, 2026. Zack, as he liked to be called, was born in Chester, PA, at the Crozer Chester Medical Center. He lived in Chester until his early teens when he moved to Marcus Hook. After graduating from Chichester High School in 2011, Zack and his mother moved to the Boothwyn section of Upper Chichester, PA. He attended one year at Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology for Carpentry. Zack worked for Wawa in Linwood, PA, where his customers always complimented him on professionalism and good manners. He also worked for Wendy's in Boothwyn and in the Maintenance Department of Chichester School District. His most recent job was with Whitson's Culinary Group servicing the clients of Elwyn Institute in Media, PA.

In his spare time, Zack enjoyed playing basketball, online video games with his cousins, and he took an interest in classic cars, especially the 1967 Chevy Chevelle. He had hoped to one day own one. Zack also had a passion for animals of all sorts, but his emotional support dog, Daisy, stole Zack's heart right from the beginning. They became Inseparable. Zack was an avid Lakers fan, and Kobe Bryant was his favorite player. Zack was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who asked, no matter how large or small the task. He had a soft spot for those less fortunate.

Even in death Zack was thinking of others by being an organ donor. He will be missed tremendously, especially by his mom.

Zack is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Henry and Doris Reczek, his paternal grandfather Louis Hunter Sr. and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Zack is survived by his mother, Donna Reczek, his father, Michael Hunter, Sr., his half-siblings, Michael, Jr., Katie, and Savannah Hunter, his paternal grandmother, Kathleen Hunter, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, especially Mike Williams, Jr., Susan Laderer, and Amya Laderer.
