Zofia Lemanczyk, a resident of Brookhaven, PA, age 91, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2021. Born and raised in Poland, Zofia lived there for 9 years, before moving to Russia where she spent 2 years. She spent her formative years in Africa before moving to the United States of America. During the 9 years she lived in Africa, Zofia graduated from Gimnazjum Ogolnoksztalcace (High School) class of 1947 in Tengeru, (now Tanzania), Africa. She was retired from Aramark Food Service, but in her free time Zofia enjoyed reading books, telling her grandchildren stories about her teenage years spent in Africa, and taking care of her dog Tundra. She was a member of St. Hedwigs Church in Chester, PA.

She was the daughter of the late Jan and Aniela Glowacz and wife of the late Henryk Lemanczyk.

Survivors: Zofia was Ciocia Babcia to her loving niece, Marita Wiciak (Michael). She is also survived by her grandchildren Michelle and Michael Wiciak.

Visitation: Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 9:45-10:45 am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, Aston, PA. Funeral Liturgy: Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home.

Burial: Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, PA.
