Former Delaware County resident Arlene "Judy" K. Nataloni, 84, died on October 29, 2023, of lung disease, at her home in Perryville, MD surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Judy was a very strong, smart, beautiful, tell it like it is, fun, charming, hard-working woman. She owned the Brandon House Tavern in Upper Darby for 38 years, along with her late husband Lou, but she was "the Boss"! She loved going to work and adored her customers. She never complained or missed a day.
She provided generously for her beloved family and created so many precious family moments always gathering everyone together. She was a pet lover, always having multiple cats, dogs, and parrots. After she retired, she loved watching the hummingbirds, ducks, and osprey from her deck, looking over the North East River in Maryland.
Judy had many wonderful friends, who she loved having at her home, always creating a fun and welcoming space. In retirement she'd enjoy weekly card games, crafters club, garden club and volunteering at the local farm. She loved music, especially country, and turned on the radio 1st thing every morning. For many years, she would jump on the back of the Harley or take off in the boat for a day of adventure.
Judy really loved life and lived it fully. Her light was bright, and she will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis D. Nataloni, her baby daughter, Gina Marie Nataloni, her sons, John V. Nataloni, and Joseph M. Nataloni.
She is survived by her daughter, Gina T. Nataloni, her granddaughter, Kendall J. Nataloni, and her grandsons, Dominic Gricco Jr., and Justin McFadden.
