Debbie Barnett, 70 of Boothwyn, PA died on March 11, 2023 at Marple Gardens, Broomall, PA. She was raised in Marcus Hook, PA and a devoted alumna of her beloved Notre Dame High School. Debbie was a dedicated employee of The Franklin Mint, Omega Engineering and most recently Harrison Township School District, having retired after 23 years of service in May 2022. A loving Aunt and loyal friend, Debbie was named Godmother three times.
She loved Mary Tyler Moore, having the mantra "We're Gonna Make it After All" tattooed on her forearm. Debbie was passionate about the Eagles, Notre Dame football, the Kennedys and The Royal Family. Her most treasured times were that which she spent with friends and family. Always the life of the party, laughter is perhaps Debbie's most enduring legacy.
Debbie was a long-term parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church in Marcus Hook, PA but frequented many Catholic Churches in the region. She was the daughter of Nicholas and Mary Barnett of Marcus Hook, PA and sister to Patricia Montella and Nicolas Barnett III. Debbie was the beloved Aunt of 3, but earned that title to scores of others who were enriched by her well-lived life.
