Felicia M. (Bagenski) Tonn

Felicia Marianna (Bagenski) Tonn ,age 94, a resident of West Chester, PA passed away on January 13, 2023. Felicia was born in Hempstead, NY and raised and educated in Nassau County, NY. She graduated from Hofstra University with a BS and received her Master's degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Felicia was a dedicated educator who taught for more than 40 years spanning from the 1950's into the 1990's; she retired from the Levittown School District in Long Island, NY where she taught at Gardiners Avenue Elementary School and Wisdom Lane Elementary School. She also taught for 2 years in Ashland, Oregon in between her time at Gardiners Ave. and Wisdom Lane Schools.

After retirement, Felicia and her husband Tom moved to Mullica Hill, NJ to be closer to their children and grandchildren. A devout Catholic, Felicia was an active parishioner of Holy Name Catholic Church in Mullica Hill, NJ. Her involvement with church activities and the Women's group was where she found enjoyment. Most recently she was attending St. Francis De Sales Church in Aston, PA.

She was the daughter of the late Frank and Katherine (Lenczeska) Bagenski.

Felicia is survived by her beloved husband, Tom Tonn, her children: Terri Eichen (Stephen), Thomas F. Tonn (Lisa), David Tonn (Barbara), Michael Tonn (Dorene), and James Tonn (Linda), her grandchildren: Keren Eichen, Shayna Gorski, Dena Tobis, Benjamin Tonn, Linda-Marie Tonn, Eric Tonn, Kevin Tonn, Joshua Tonn, Matthew Tonn, Melissa Tonn, Samantha Pennella, Madeline Tonn, and Courtney Tonn, her great grandchildren: Gavin Eichen, Isabel Gorski, Talia Gorski, Shira Gorski, Romi Tobis, Elijah Tonn, Lydia Tonn, Caleb Tonn.

Visitation: Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 10:00-10:45am at St. Francis De Sales Church 35 New Road, Aston, PA 19014. Funeral Mass: Thursday, January 19,2023 at 11:00am at St. Francis De Sales Church. Burial: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. Condolences www.nolanfidale.com
