Giuseppina (Ambrosino) Iaccarino, 90, passed away in her home on November 4, 2023. She was born, raised, and lived in Monte Di Procida, Italy. Giuseppina immigrated to the United States with her family in 1970, making her final home in Aston PA. She worked as a seamstress when she first settled in America and then worked along-side her husband and children as part of running a family owned pizzeria in Delaware county (first in Upland PA, and then Ridley Park PA).
Best known as "Nonna", she was deeply adored by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Giuseppina was the centerpiece of the family, the rock, who shared her wisdom and knowledge from her own life lessons. She was a devout catholic and an exceptional cook. There was always the wonderful aroma of the food she was preparing, and whoever visited her home never left hungry. Giuseppina enjoyed planting and tending to her garden of beautiful red roses, tomatoes, and herbs. She loved her daily espresso, vanilla gelato, and spending her summers in Italy.
Giuseppina, leaves behind her children, Carmine (his partner Valerie), Maria (Carmine) Moriello, Angela (Renato) Spennato, and Joseph (Melinda) Iaccarino; her 11 beloved grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; her sister Anna, and her many nieces and nephews.
She is now in heaven with her husband Gennaro, father Biagio, mother Angela, sisters Rosa, Antonietta, Lucia, Maria, and brothers Michele and Antonio.
