Harold J. Pryce, age 78, a longtime resident of Aston, PA, passed away on May 5, 2022. Harold graduated from Chester High School class of 1962. He was employed and retired from Local Union #1955 District Council 21 in Philadelphia, PA. Harold proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam Era, where he served as a paratrooper and rigger. Harold trained, maintained, and repaired parachutes, webbing, and fabrics to ensure safe and effective jumps for our troops and maintained their safety. Harold was a member of American Legion Post #777. He enjoyed crabbing and fishing in Sea Isle City, NJ and camping with his family. Harold was an avid outdoorsman; he was proud of his unique Koi pond that he built at his home and his flower garden. He also enjoyed his daily walks in Ridley State Creek Park.
Harold was preceded in death by his grandparents, who raised him, Archibald and Mary Pryce and his cherished uncle, Earl Pryce who was a mentor and father figure to Harold and introduced him to the trade of Dry Wall.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years: Diane (Ardes) Pryce, his 3 Children: John J. Pryce, Dan Pryce and his wife Michelle, Heather Hall and her husband Dan, his sister: Jeannie Clark and her husband Bill, 7 Grandchildren: Amanda Pryce Mullen (Fran),Johnny J. Pryce, Jr., Corey, Tyler, Madison, and Harlee Pryce, and Christian Sparks, 3 Great Grandchildren: Matthew, Kevin, and Carson, a sister-in-law: Cheryl Jeanes and her husband Kenny,his aunt, Barbara Pryce, 2 loving nephews: Brad and Kyle Jeanes and his niece Donna.
Visitation: Wednesday, May 11,2022 from 9-10:45am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA 19014. Funeral Liturgy: Wednesday, May 11,2022 at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home. Burial: Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation www.parkinson.org
