Michael Joseph Esposito, Sr.

Michael Joseph Esposito Sr., age 85, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2023 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. Born, raised, and educated in Southwest Philadelphia, Mike was a graduate of Bartram High School. In 1970 Mike married his wife Margaret and moved to Upland where he has since lived. Mike was a longtime bartender and banquet manager for the MacDade House and he also worked for Luke Motors and Wawa for many years before he retired. Mike enjoyed painting, drawing, caring for his flower garden, sitting on the front porch, attending his grandchildren and great grandchildren's activities and events. Mike's grandchildren and great grandchildren were his pride and joy. The legacy of Mike's kind spirit, his passion for painting and drawing, his love of the beach and zest for life will live on through them. He loved to vacation in North Wildwood with his family where he loved the beach and playing cards. Mike was also a longtime member of Our Lady of Charity Church in Brookhaven and proudly served his country in the US Army. Mike will be missed by all but never forgotten.

Mike was predeceased by his parents Michael and Margaret Esposito, his wife Margaret "Peg" Kelly Esposito. his daughter Theresa "Terry" Bourne and his grandson Caden Michael Bourne.

SURVIVORS: his children Michael J. Esposito Jr. (Monica) and Michelle Bourne (Tim Bourne Sr.) his cherished grandchildren Christina Bourne, Megan Bourne, Ashley Bourne, Timothy Bourne, Sophia Esposito, and Lucy Esposito, great grandchildren Damien Kline, Alicia Bourne, Madyson Bourne, Braydon Bourne, and Carter Bourne-Hall.

VISITATION: Tuesday May 30, 2023 from 9:30-11:15am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston.
FUNERAL LITURGY : Tuesday May 30, 2023 at 11:30am at the funeral home.
BURIAL will be private.
