Patricia L. (Harris) Preston

Patricia Louise Preston, age 82, passed away on October 30, 2023 in Eddystone, PA surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in Prospect Park, PA and raised her family in Eddystone, PA. Patricia's unwavering dedication and support were not limited to her family alone but extended to her job at Boeing, where she served as a parts controller for over 30 years, becoming an invaluable asset to her team. It was during her time at Boeing that she met Dennis, the love of her life, and together they shared nearly 50 remarkable years. Patricia enjoyed visits to the casino, watching her favorite western TV shows, including every episode of "Walker, Texas Ranger," and cherished dining out or playing cards with her family.Above all else, there was nothing that brought her greater joy than spending time with her family. Patricia was a constant source of strength and support for her loved ones, whether at home or in her professional pursuits. She was a parishioner of St. Rose of Lima in Eddystone and St. Jude in Lewis, DE.

She is the daughter of the late Rose and John James Harris, mother to the late Rose Marie and Gene Scott (Michelle), and sister to the late Marlene Fleming (Joe), Dottie Naumann (Jim), Ruth Baroni (Chooch), Fred Harris (Floss), and Arthur Harris.

Survivors: Her loving husband of almost 50 years Dennis Preston, her daughter Carmela Spada (Scott), her siblings: Rose Mary Kearns and Harry Harris, her grandchildren: Nicholas Scott and Brittany Spada (Paul Subers) as well as her four great grandchildren: McKenna, Julie, Maeve and Blyler Subers.
