Ursula "Bernie" (Blisard) Sparks, age 84, passed away on May 30, 2022 at her daughter Linda Mc'Laughlin's home in Boothwyn, PA surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in Chester, PA and was a graduate of Notre Dame High School. She was a longtime member of St. John Fisher Church in Boothwyn, PA. Ursula was an accomplished quilter, avid gardener, bowler and traveler. She took great pride in her homes in Upper Chichester, Pa. and Earleville, MD. Most of all Ursula was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved and took care of her family.
She was the daughter of the late James C. and H. Mildred (Campbell) Blisard and wife to her loving husband of 49 years the late Lewis Sparks. She is also preceded in death by her siblings James and Bruce Blisard and H. Mildred Dix.
Survivors: Her children Lewis Francis Sparks Jr., Craig S. Sparks, Richard B. Sparks (Laura), Linda M. McLaughlin (Joe), and Deanne Croff (Rick), her sister Sharon Walter as well as 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren
Visitation: Friday, June 3, 2022, 9:15am - 10:15am at St. John Fisher Church 4225 Chichester Ave. Boothwyn, PA 19061. Funeral Mass: Friday, June 3, 2022 at 10:30am at St. John Fisher Church. Burial: Private.
