William Miller Obituary

William J. Miller "Bill", age 60, passed away on February 10, 2024. Raised in northeast Philadelphia, Bill graduated from Northeast High School in 1982. For over 25 years, Bill dedicated himself to Greyco in Trevose, PA, where he served as a skilled mechanic. His commitment and expertise left an indelible mark on his colleagues and the company alike.

Bill was an avid hunter and shared cherished moments with his father and their friends while deer hunting in Breezewood, PA, creating memories that lasted a lifetime. His love for travel took him far and wide, allowing him to see all of the seven natural wonders of the United States. Some of his favorite trips were exploring the scenic beauty of Canada.

In his leisure time, Bill found solace in the rhythmic pursuit of bowling, where he was a proud member of multiple leagues, including those at Bensalem, the Conchester, and Sproul Lanes. A true enthusiast of wrestling, he found joy in attending WWE events and following the sport. Bill remained a steadfast advocate for Philadelphia sports teams, displaying unwavering loyalty to the Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers, rooting through their highs and lows.

Bill's interests were as varied as they were vast. He found delight in the timeless tales of old-time radio, regularly tuning in to programs like Yours Truly Johnny Dollar and the Gun Smoke Radio on Sirius XM. His love for cinema spanned genres, from classic westerns to the epic saga of Star Wars, and the captivating mysteries of The Twilight Zone series. Bill's most notable quality was his profound compassion, evident in his affection for animals and his unwavering devotion to his family.

Bill is preceded in death by is father John William Miller.

Survivors: his loving wife of over 20 years: Roberta McAndrew Miller, his mother: Ruth Ann McGarrity (Frank), his son James McAndrew III (Danita), and his brother Joe Miller.

A service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024, at 11:15am at Resurrection Cemetery at 5201 Hulmeville Rd. Bensalem, PA 19020.
